Photo by Samantha Beal. "Mars Borough paused plans to secure a $270,000 loan from Mars Bank last night for the purchase of four parcels from the Dutilh United Methodist Church. Council was concerned about a requirement in the loan agreement that some of the property be leased to the Intermediate Unit for five years. Members will be talking to the bank about the stipulation."
