Mahler hasn't missed an opportunity to vote in 75 years. To qualify, award recipients had to continuously vote for a minimum of 50 years. Nancy Stowe, 89, of Butler recieves a voting hall of tame award from Kevin Boozel, Butler County commisioner. In addition to a stelar voting record, Stowe assisted at poling stations for 65 years.
