The church’s famous coleslaw requires four cases of cabbage, 10 lbs of carrots, 30 stalks of celery, and 60 lbs of onions of to make. The turkey dinner requires 1,500 lbs of turkey, 200 loaves of bread to make the stuffing, 90 loaves of fresh bread, as well as 100 donated pies, and 70 cakes, and an undetermined amount of potatoes.
