Shirley McCauley of Slippery Rock works on a potter's wheel project during an open studio session at the Butler Art Center on Main St. in Butler Thursday evening. Starting this month, the center will host open studio time Wednesday through Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. The program is one of a number of art offerings from the organization.
