Jim Smith photo. A West Penn Power Company bucket truck was badly damaged about 6:45 a.m. Monday when it caught fire in Butler Township. The driver was able to get out of the truck in the parking lot of the former Kervin Subaru dealership on New Castle Road near the state police barracks. He was not injured but the truck was considered a total loss, authorities said.
